Privacy

By making a reservation with Gold-Inn Hot Springs, you're opting in to receive SMS and/or emails from Gold-Inn Hot Springs. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your personal information is never shared or sold. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for support.

Cancellation

We collect full payment to guarantee your reservation, refundable prior to 3pm the day before your scheduled check-in.

Cancellations without sufficient notice may result in a charge of the first night's room and tax.

Your Stay

We offer contactless check-in for your safety and convenience. Rooms are guaranteed ready by 3pm. If you haven't received your keycode information by 10am the morning of your reservation, please contact us so we can confirm your contact information is accurate.

All rooms are non-smoking. A covered smoking area is available in the garden at the back of the property. Smoking in your room will result in a $200 cleaning charge on your card on file.

Damage to rooms will result in a fee charged to the credit card on file at the discretion of the owners.

Pets are welcome with a $25 fee per night.

We're happy to mail items left behind. We'll collect a valid credit card (if one isn't on file) and charge a $10 handling fee. Once the item ships, shipping charges will be applied to the same card.

Check-out is at 11am. Later check-outs may be granted upon request.
